  • All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams), inclusive of applicable UAE VAT.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, or other UAE-approved gateways.

  • Your card information is processed securely in accordance with UAE data protection and payment regulations.

4. Shipping and Delivery (UAE & International)

  • We offer delivery within the UAE and internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • Orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes in your country. Caravan Artisan is not responsible for these charges.

  • If delivery is delayed due to external factors (weather, customs, courier delays), we will notify you accordingly.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Please refer to our full Refund Policy page. In accordance with UAE consumer protection laws, customers may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.

Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and designs on this site are the intellectual property of Caravan Artisan and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to them shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically under the jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
