Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Customized or personalized carpets are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items on sale or purchased with a discount code.

  • Custom-sized or altered products.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or use.

Return Process

  1. Email us at support@caravanartisan.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond with return instructions.

  3. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:
